YOUR PART: WHAT I NEED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF RECEIVING YOUR ORDER
1) Email ([email protected]) the order number, name of the order, and a photo of the preferred outfit (must have clear picture of your face and outfit). more details=better (ex. piercings, jewelry, nail color, etc.)
2) Specify the sides of your face & body (example: my nose piercing is on the right hand side of my face)
3) If the name of the doll is different from your own, please specify
4) Specify if you want the body type to be different than the classic (very thin, 6-8 inches tall)
I cannot guarantee I will have time to include every detail sent.

IF YOUR DOLL IS “LATE” OR YOU WORRY I FORGOT YOUR ORDER
Custom dolls have a waitlist and they are all made to order. If it hasn’t been shipped yet, I don’t need a reminder from you because it will get shipped, I never forget orders. The current waitlist is for approximately 11-13 months from the time you order it at the earliest so make sure you order in advance of any gift days. This time frame is an estimate and it is subject to change which is why it states "at the earliest". You will receive a tracking number once it is shipped. As I am a small business that does custom orders, I do not offer refunds at all. Please be patient with me as I am a disabled artist who may not be able to ship out your doll as quickly as you expect due to how my disability impacts my job. I promise they will be worth the wait :)

WHAT IF I DON'T KNOW WHAT OUTFIT OR DETAILS I WANT? WHAT IF MY ADDRESS CHANGES? WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE WHO THE DOLL IS FOR/OF?
No need to worry! Please send an outfit and details within 24 hours of your order, but you can change outfit or any details you want until the 8 month mark after you place your order. You can also change your address up until the 8 month mark. People even change who the doll is for up until then due to breakups or falling outs. To change any details, email me the new details/outfit/person/address/etc. and your order number.
